You've seen it on the telly, you can do it too! Make your home beautiful with our stylish shades.

The tips below provide a great starting point to help you create a beautiful environment for you and your family.

Wall to Wall wood

Sometimes a window can be an unusual shape and in such cases its more difficult to decide what kind of blind to use. For example, this window in a traditional kitchen with dark wood units is very wide and a roller or venetian blind may not look right in this shape. By using a real wood vertical blind, the window depth is made to appear greater, due to the strong vertical lines. The blind looks absolutely terrific too! Our real wood vertical blinds are in 89mm louvre and available in 7 colours. No bottom weights or chains are required on these blinds.

Snazzy decor schemes

Be daring!

Sometimes beige really doesn't do it. Think about trying some striking colour schemes if your house & decor tastes run to something a tad different. Here we see a very contemporary room with a metallic gold venetian (the colour is called Radiance Gold) in 25mm slat width. Contrasting window coverings will form a centrepiece to a decor scheme, pastels will blend in and not dominate. Homestyle offer venetians in approx 130 colours and 16mm to 50mm slats.
The blind is shown with optional pelmet from the Impressions range

Co-ordinated rooms

For the fully co-ordinated look, Reiver offer a massive range of blinds so you can find the right type in the right colour. Here we see a fine country kitchen with a matching alloy venetian that does justice to the room.
